TMPA Wins!
October – 2021


We would like to share some of the recent legal successes TMPA has had for our members. In this report, we will give the names of the attorneys who represented our members but omit the names of the members involved.

Paul G. Aman – Paul G. Aman, Attorney at Law, P.C.
• Member was given a general discharge on F5. After appeal, an administrative law judge ordered F5 be amended to reflect an honorable discharge.
• Member was placed under IA for hostile work environment. Upon review, member was exonerated, and the case was closed. 

Chad Hyde – Gregory A. Richards, P.C.
• Member was placed under IA for conduct unbecoming an officer. Upon review, the complaint was unfounded, and the case was closed.

Randall D. Moore – Law Offices of Randall D. Moore, PLLC
• Member was given a dishonorable discharge on F5. After appeal, an administrative law judge ordered F5 be amended to reflect a general discharge.
• Member was involved in an on-duty shooting. Upon review, member was no-billed by the grand jury, and the case was closed. 

Adam Muery– Attorney and Counselor at Law
• Member was placed under IA and given a 60-day suspension for harassment, conduct unbecoming and bringing discredit to the department. After appeal, the 60-day suspension was reduced to 2-day suspension for poor job performance, and the case was closed.

Andy Stinson – Ramey & Flock, PC
• Member was placed under IA for unprofessional conduct. Upon review, member was cleared of any wrongdoing, and the case was closed.

Ray Thomas – Attorney at Law
• Member was placed under IA for a dispute with ex. Upon review, the IA was closed with no violations.
• Member was involved in an on-duty shooting. Upon review, the grand jury found no criminal conduct by member, and the case was closed. 

Lance F. Wyatt – Law Office of Lance F. Wyatt, PLLC
• Member received a 1-day suspension. After appeal, the suspension was reduced to a written reprimand, and the case was closed.
