TMPA Wins!
May – 2022


We would like to share some of the recent legal successes TMPA has had for our members. In this report, we will give the names of the attorneys who represented our members but omit the names of the members involved.
  
Paul G. Aman – Paul G. Aman, Attorney at Law, P.C.
• Member was given a general discharge on F5. Upon appeal, the Administrative Law Judge ordered the F5 be amended to reflect an honorable discharge and the case was closed.
• Member was given a general discharge on F5. Upon appeal, the Administrative Law Judge ordered the F5 be amended to reflect an honorable discharge and the case was closed.
• Member was placed under IA for official oppression. Upon review, member was exonerated with no wrong doing, and the case was closed.
• Member was placed under IA for comments made related to a traffic stop. Upon review, the charges were unfounded, and the case was closed.
• Member was placed under IA for making inappropriate comments. Upon review, member was exonerated, and the case was closed.

Greg Cagle – Gregory Cagle, Attorney at Law, P.C.
• Member was terminated for improper conduct. After appeal, the termination was reversed to suspension, and the case was closed.

Randall Moore – Law Offices of Randall D. Moore, PLLC
• Member was involved in a pursuit which ended in a fatality. Upon review, no action was taken against the member, and the case was closed.
• Member was given a general discharge on F5. Upon appeal, the general discharge was amended to reflect an honorable discharge and the case was closed.
• Member was given a dishonorable discharge on F5. Upon appeal, the dishonorable discharge was amended to reflect an honorable discharge and the case was closed.
• Member was given a general discharge on F5. Upon appeal, the general discharge was amended to reflect an honorable discharge and the case was closed.
• Member was terminated for failing FTO and given a general discharge. After appeal, the case was dismissed, and the general discharge was amended to honorable.

Paul Robbins – The Law Office of Paul A. Robbins
• Member was placed under IA for conduct unbecoming and failing to provide truthful statements. Upon review, the charges were unsustainable, and the case was closed.

Robert Rogers – Lyon, Gorsky & Gilbert, L.L.P.
• Member was placed under IA for excessive use of force. Upon review, the accusations were found to be false, and the case was closed.

Lytza Rojas – The Law Office of Lytza Rojas, P.L.L.C.
• Member was placed under IA for neglect of duty and being discourteous. Upon review, the allegations were unfounded, and the case was closed.

Andrew Stinson – Ramey & Flock, P.C.
• Member was involved in an on-duty shooting. Upon review, member was no-billed by the grand jury, and the case was closed.

Ray Thomas – Ray Thomas, Attorney at Law
• Member was placed under IA for violation of civil rights. Upon review, the IA was closed with no violations found.
