Course Description:
This course is designed as the expansion pack version of the RDS-O. In this course, we will cover the fundamental concepts and principles of running a gun and achieving the highest levels of speed and accuracy. The curriculum includes:
Vision, Grip, and Trigger Manipulations: Techniques based on the appropriate level of confirmation needed for specific targets.
Transitions: Efficiently moving between targets.
Reloads: Speed and efficiency in reloading.
Reactive Shooting: Responding with our vision and appropriate levels of confirmation.
Predictive Shooting: Understanding how the gun behaves through a solid index point to achieve the highest levels of speed and accuracy
Movement: Incorporating dynamic movement into shooting scenarios.
Throughout the course, we will begin skill stacking and integrating these elements into combination and application exercises. This will provide you with a training pathway to continue developing your skills in individual training sessions.
Equipment:
Pistol with Red Dot Sight already mounted.
Ear & Eye protection
Duty grade holster and 2 magazine pouches on belt.
Recommended 5 magazines, minimum 3 magazines.
USPSA Gear is welcome.
Rain Gear
1000 rounds of ammunition recommended. (More is better)
