TMPA respects your privacy and recognizes the need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you choose to provide us. TMPA has established this Online Privacy Policy so that you may better understand the purpose for which we collect and use personal information. Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual including, but not limited to, a first and last name, physical address, email address or other contact information, gender, job title, or other similar information. Generally, you may browse our website without providing personal information. We do not automatically collect personal information. We may log your IP address to help track which part of our website you visit and how much time you spend there. TMPA may collect personal information when you become a member, donate to the PAC or a TMPA Charity, use certain TMPA services, register to attend a training or participate in an online survey or training program, or ask to be included in a mailing or email list. Your personal information may be retained by TMPA to verify compliance with such agreement.

  1.   4. By subscribing to TMPA’s text messaging service, you agree to receive informational messages related to your membership. You can expect to receive up to 1-2 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving these messages at any time by following the instructions provided in each message.
  5. TMPA is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by TMPA.
