New Supervisor's Course (TCOLE 3737)

This three day, 24-hour class is designed for new supervisors and those anticipating being moved into a supervisory role regardless of current assignment. Topics include Role identification, Communications, Leadership styles, Counseling/mentoring, Liability issues. There is limited seating, so register early.
