TMPA Wins!
February– 2023


We would like to share some of the recent legal successes TMPA has had for our members. In this report, we will give the names of the attorneys who represented our members but omit the names of the members involved.

Kenneth Biggs – Biggs & Greenslade, PC
• Member received a dishonorable discharge on F5. After appeal, F5 was amended to reflect an honorable discharge.

Chad Hyde – Gregory A. Richards, P.C.
• Member received a dishonorable discharge on F5. After appeal, F5 was amended to reflect an honorable discharge.

Robert McCabe – Law Office of Robert M. McCabe / Lytza Rojas – Law Office of Lytza Rojas, PLLC
• Member was criminally charged and indicted for manslaughter. After going to trial, the jury found the member not guilty, and the case was closed.

Randall Moore – Law Offices of Randall D. Moore, PLLC
• Members were involved in a pursuit where the suspect crashed into a civilian car, killing the occupant. Upon review, the members were exonerated.
• Member received a 24-hour suspension for family violence and conduct unbecoming. After appeal, the suspension was reduced to a written reprimand for conduct unbecoming.
• Member was placed under IA for racial profiling and use of force. Upon review, the complaint was cleared.

Robert Rogers – Lyon, Gorsky, Gilbert, LLP
•Member was involved in an on-duty shooting. Upon review, member was no billed by the grand jury.

Bailey Sapien – Attorney at Law
• Member was placed under IA for domestic violence. Upon review, the charges were dropped and the case was closed.

Andy Stinson – Ramey & Flock, PC
• Member was involved in an on-duty shooting. Upon review, member was no billed and the case was closed.
