TMPA Wins!
January– 2023

We would like to share some of the recent legal successes TMPA has had for our members. In this report, we will give the names of the attorneys who represented our members but omit the names of the members involved.

Paul G. Aman – Paul G. Aman, Attorney at Law, P.C.
• Member was placed under IA for policy violations. Upon review, the complaint was unfounded, and the member received additional training.
• Member was placed under IA and terminated for a use of force incident. After appeal, the termination was overturned in all things and the member was allowed to transfer out of division to new supervision.

Kenneth Biggs – Biggs & Greenslade, PC
• Member received a dishonorable discharge on F5. After appeal, F5 was amended to reflect an honorable discharge.

Greg Cagle – Gregory Cagle, Attorney at Law, P.C.
• Member received a general discharge on F5. After appeal, F5 was amended to reflect an honorable discharge.

Randall Moore – Law Offices of Randall D. Moore, PLLC
• Member received a dishonorable discharge on F5. After appeal, F5 was amended to reflect an honorable discharge.

Robert Rogers – Lyon, Gorsky, Gilbert, LLP
• Member was involved in an on-duty shooting. Upon review, member was no billed by the grand jury.
• Members were involved in a shooting. Upon review, members were no billed by the grand jury and the case was closed.

Andy Stinson – Ramey & Flock, PC
• Member received a dishonorable discharge on F5. After appeal, F5 was amended to reflect a general discharge.

Ray Thomas – Raymond L Thomas, Attorney at Law
• Member received a general discharge on F5. After appeal, F5 was amended to reflect an honorable discharge.

David Willis – Law Office of David P Willis, PC
• Member received a general discharge on F5. After appeal, the Administrative Law Judge ordered the F5 be amended to reflect an honorable discharge.
