TMPA Wins!
March – 2022


We would like to share some of the recent legal successes TMPA has had for our members. In this report, we will give the names of the attorneys who represented our members but omit the names of the members involved.

Amanda Bolin – Bolin Law Firm, PLLC
• Member was given a general discharge on F5. Upon appeal, the Administrative Law Judge ordered the F5 be amended to reflect an honorable discharge and the case was closed.
 
Gregory Cagle – Gregory Cagle, Atty at Law, P.C.
• Member was placed under IA and given a 3-day suspension for pursuit policy violations. After appeal, the 3-day suspension was reduced to 1-day and the case was closed.
• Member was involved in an on-duty shooting. Upon review, member was no-billed, and the case was closed.

Randall Moore – Law Offices of Randall D. Moore, PLLC
• Member was placed under IA and put on administrative leave for false claims from member’s spouse, resulting in two EOP’s. Upon review, the charges were unfounded, member returned to work, and the case was closed.
• Member was given a general discharge on F5. Upon appeal, the Administrative Law Judge ordered the F5 be amended to reflect an honorable discharge and the case was closed.

Adam Muery –Muery & Farrel, PC
• Member was placed under IA and facing termination for misconduct. After appeal, the termination was reduced to a 30-hour suspension and the case was closed.

Lytza Rojas –The Law Office of Lytza Rojas, PLLC
• Member was placed under IA for official oppression and assault. Upon review, member was no-billed, and the case was closed.

Ray Thomas – Attorney at Law
•Member was placed under IA for wrongful arrest. Upon review, member was cleared as unfounded, and the case was closed.

John Wolf – Wolf & Stallings, PLLC
• Member was placed under IA for timesheet discrepancies. Upon review, member was cleared, and the case was closed.
• Member was suspended then terminated related to a drug arrest. Upon review, the termination was changed to resignation, the derogatory IA finding was removed from personnel file, and the case was closed.
