TMPA Wins!
October – 2020


We would like to share some of the recent legal successes TMPA has had for our members. In this report, we will give the names of the attorneys who represented our members but omit the names of the members involved.

Paul G. Aman – Paul G. Aman, Attorney at Law, P.C.

  • Member was given a General Discharge on F-5. Upon appeal, an Administrative Law Judge ordered F5 be amended to reflect an Honorable Discharge.

  • Member was involved in a shooting. Upon review, member was no billed and case was closed.


Amanda C. Bolin – Bolin Law Firm, PLLC

  • Member was placed under IA and given a dishonorable discharge for making disparaging comments. Upon appeal, member was allowed a voluntary resignation with an honorable discharge.


Randall D. Moore – Law Offices of Randall D. Moore, PLLC

  • Member was placed under IA for social media post. After review, the complaint was unfounded and case was closed.


John Snider – Lyon, Gorsky, Gilbert & Livingston

  • Member was terminated for insubordination, dereliction of duty and untruthfulness. Upon appeal, member was reinstated and case was closed.

  • Member was placed under IA for a use of force incident. After review, complaint was unfounded and case was closed.

  • Members were involved in a shooting. Grand Jury no billed members and case was closed.


Andrew W. Stinson – Ramey & Flock, PC

  • Member was placed under IA for a use of force incident. After review, the complaint was unfounded and no disciplinary action was administered. Case was closed.


Ray Thomas – Ray Thomas, Attorney at Law

  • Member was involved in a shooting during a lengthy multi-county vehicle pursuit of a fleeing felon. Member terminated the pursuit once suspect entered highway going the wrong way against heavy traffic. Upon review, Grand Jury took no action and cleared member of any wrongdoing. Case was closed.

  • Member was involved in a shooting during a foot chase of an armed suspect who had shot someone. Upon review, Grand Jury no billed member and case was closed.


John T. Wolf – Wolf & Stallings, PLLC

  • Member was suspended for social media post. Upon appeal, suspension was lifted and member was reinstated. Case was closed
